忍不住發表一下意見
我覺得不能這樣算耶，盲點在於用同一間35坪、1200萬的中古屋來比租買那個划算，可是誰一輩子住同一個地方啊？更何況家庭狀況、人口數會隨時間變化，需求就會改變，難道未來都不能換屋？或者應工作需要被外派，死抱一間房卻空著不住，又或者出租碰上壞房客又怎辦？
我始終認為租、買沒有那個好，單看個人需求與預算，是沒有公式可尋的！
Buy or rent an apartment, it's lasting debate in Taiwan, cause too many investors earn have rearmed so much profit by flipping properties. Though our government is try hard to cool off house price, and it's just starting to work. But the price is still quite high for most of us. What do you think? Do rather own a house and be in debt? Or be a tenant having more budget to enjoy life?
